Customer experienced a scenario in which the garage door rollers popped out of the track. We advised them to hold tight and wait for our technician to avoid potential harm from attempting to handle the door in that condition.
Provided the customer with emergency garage door repairs for the off-track door. Brought the door back down and began working on repairing the parts of the track that caused the problem. The rollers popped because of bending that forced them out, so we hammered that straight and ensured both garage door tracks were aligned. Cleaned the tracks and lubricated the rollers before inserting them back into the tracks. Performed a full opening and closing cycle of the garage door a few times to ensure it didn’t get off track again.
